Our story
Once upon a time !
The story begins in 2011, near Aix-en-Provence, in the south of France.
Passionate about marketing and brimming with creativity, Frédéric MARTZ, former marketing director of a French clothing brand, joined forces with Philippe SHI and Laurent GUILLOU to found Marketing Création. With the idea of creating personalized bonuses for children and families.
They founded Marketing Création together in 2011 . An agency that started with just three employees, and which now has a team of around twenty employees.

Go on an adventure
Marketing Création Group brings together several complementary brands. In 2011, Welcome Family was created to offer games and equipment suitable for children in CHRs. Completed by Kids Création , an activity dedicated to personalized goodies for children. And accompanied by our Studio where graphic design and website creation.
10 years after the creation of the group, Peluche Création was born, positioned as an expert in the creation of tailor-made or personalized soft toys, which strengthened the group's other activities. Finally, the latest addition to the group, Beast'izz , continues Welcome Family by devoting itself to welcoming animals, this time. Offering a range of products, customizable or not, specifically designed to meet the needs of businesses.

2011 - THE Good idea! The beginnings of Welcome Family
A friend of Frédéric traveled around the world with his family: he says that the reception of children is great in many countries at the level of hotels and restaurants . That was all it took to alert Fred. Setting up the first offices in Fred's garage.
2011 - Invoice n°63 - Courte Paille
CourtePaille is the first restaurant chain that trusted us, invoice 63 is etched in memories. We have equipped all CourtePaille restaurants with booster chairs for children .
2011 - You have to start somewhere…
Canvassing, the Porte à Plage in the south of France to present baby booster seats. Creation of the first welcome kit with boxes of colored pencils and placemats. As well as the manufacture of our own baby booster with the Welcome Family logo.
2012 - We are growing, and so are the offices!
2nd office at Papa Maman (a former architectural firm), mosquitoes and the cold are our friends. At that time there were only 5 of us, the office was also an order preparation workshop, we took turns preparing the packages for our customers.
2014 - Go big or Go home
Invention of the McDonald’s Chair . A custom-made chair for the fast-food giant. A story that continues 10 years later, we supply all McDonald's around the world.
2015 - Everyone at the Boss!
Change of office, welcome to Fred , bigger, more spacious and a large terrace! In the middle of the pine forest, near Sainte Victoire, we are moving into these new offices and the team is growing.
2019 -Vale vale!
5 years of experience in France, we are tackling Southern Europe, with Spain. Opening of offices in Barcelona and our super business developer Chloé. The whole team joins her for the first end-of-year seminar.
2021 - Birth of Plush Creation
During COVID, we were looking to diversify, custom plush was a solution to maintain our activity during this complicated period.
2022 - From 2 to 29 games
Thanks to our internal creativity competition “CreaAcademy” , we were able to expand our range of eco-responsible games for the Welcome Family brand, 10 models in 2022, in 2023 29 models. This competition allows employees to propose and invent games and participate in the company's innovation.
2022 - Always higher, always further, always stronger
New offices in Fuveau , from 80 to 300 m², we’ve come a long way!
2022 - The dog is in the place
Arrival of Tchopper , the new mascot with cocker spaniel eyes.
2023 - Who wants to become our Poupon?
Launch of La Pouponnière , the incubator that supports young entrepreneurs in developing their game and toy projects.
2023 - 25, the number of employees
In September, our team is expanding , this is a new milestone reached which shows our evolution as a growing company.
