Safety
As a manufacturer of products intended for families and children, safety and quality control are 2 imperative elements of our manufacturing process and marketing of our products. We have implemented several verification and testing steps to ensure this compliance.
Choice of partners
The choice of production partners
This involves identifying the right manufacturer who is able to meet the customer's very specific criteria.
To do this, our teams on site make contact with the manufacturer, check and analyze the existing documentation, namely all official registration documents such as ISO and BSCI .
The objective is to validate and certify that this partner will be able to support us in meeting the customer's requirements.

System audit
quality control system and production capacity
Once the partner is selected, the analysis does not stop there, quality audits are carried out to evaluate the production processes and systems .
We carry out different types of audits: RBI, YUM, Supplier Workplace Responsibility Audit (SWA), BRCGS…
The objective is to ensure that the partner is able to produce up to established standards and the capacity to produce the desired quantities.

Product testing
Once production begins, all our products are tested in certified testing laboratories , such as SGS & Eurofins .
Several tests are carried out relating to toy standards and safety:
- DIRECTIVE 2009/48/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of June 18, 2009 relating to the safety of toys
- Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restrictions of chemical substances (REACH), establishing an Agency European Chemical Products
- Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on persistent organic pollutants

We scrupulously apply the regulations in force according to each type of toy and its place of distribution.
The objective is to deliver a certified, standardized and secure product for our customers.
Control and inspection
Production Control and Inspection
We carry out a random final inspection consisting of a detailed visual inspection of the goods before shipment. It is generally carried out on the manufacturer's premises, on samples selected according to defined sampling methods.
FRI (Final Random Inspection) occurs when the merchandise is 100% complete and at least 80% is well packaged, marked and ready for shipment.
Our inspectors randomly take samples of finished products, based on random sampling technique , commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 OR NFX06-022, to check that the final shipping batches comply with the specifications.
1. Quantity check
2. Style, color and material
3. Visual check
4. Functional/safety check
5. Size measurement
6. Packaging check
7. Check of marking on cartons

Internal training
Back to school !
Our team of buyers and salespeople are regularly trained to be informed and up to date with the latest developments in safety laws and standards .
In fact, we regularly participate in training workshops on our premises with security professionals and externally thanks to training seminars from our partner laboratories. The training topics include, among other things, the classification of toys and standards in terms of product markings/mandatory legal notices .
