CSR Committee
Here is our super CSR team: Sandy, Margot, Anaïs, Sandra, Emilie, Frédéric, and Timothy, with commercial, creative, accounting and marketing profiles.
Their mission: To create a positive impact on our customers, our suppliers, our employees, families, children and all our partners.

Our 3 pillars
Be sustainable and responsible !
Create innovative, educational, caring and easily accessible games.
We consistently advise our clients towards a range of ethically sourced products . An "eco-friendly" alternative is always included in our sales proposals. Our clients have the option, within the limits of their budget, to choose the product's origin/material from an environmental responsibility perspective .
Our approach also includes the creation of innovative and educational games , supported by criteria selected by our internal committee. This reflects a commitment to promoting responsible practices, encouraging eco-design, and ensuring product safety. 36 games were created by employees during the Crea Academy!

Supporting our suppliers by offering products through short supply chains.
We affirm our commitment to local suppliers by promoting short supply chains, with a goal of increasing our French and European partnerships by 20% by 2025 .
We work with 10% of suppliers located in France .

Eco-designed products manufactured in France.
Eco-designing our products through good practices.
We prioritize sustainable solutions, such as eliminating individual packaging and identifying recyclable products. We also use eco-designed practices that favor alternatives to plastic in the creation of our games. Waste reduction, the use of renewable energy, and the promotion of carpooling are also integrated into our approach.
Future prospects include mandatory product origin registration, increased sustainable proposals, and ongoing team awareness.
Limiting our environmental impact within society.
Through eco-design practices, we continually strive to limit the carbon footprint of our games. But also in our daily lives by recycling our waste.

A supportive environment for employees.
We are creating a caring ecosystem for the well-being of all.
Our “Creative Academy” fosters innovation among every team member, creating an environment where creativity and well-being flourish. It highlights the talents of each individual.
So happy together!
In 2023, 20 new products invented by members are part of the range.
To encourage strong acts of solidarity.
Since our beginnings, we have created wonderful partnerships with associations that are close to our hearts: Ronald McDonald House Charities, Association Léa, Les Blouses Roses, Action Against Hunger…
Skills-based/pro bono volunteering initiatives have also been ongoing for several years, for example with the Aix-Marseille University Institute of Technology (IUT) through interventions by its President, Frédéric Martz, to raise awareness among young people about entrepreneurship. And in 2023, 1,200,000 products were assembled by social inclusion groups.
Figures: In 2023, 1,200,000 products were assembled by social inclusion groups. The equivalent of €37,000 worth of goods was donated to charities.
To enable the professional development of our employees.
We invest in social inclusion by promoting the hiring of apprentices. For professional fulfillment, we emphasize skills development and creativity, and offer career paths. All employees participate in the creation of eco-designed games.

The projects
They are very dear to us !
- Around Lucio
- The Léa association
- Cured of cancer
- The Pink Blouses
- Ronald McDonald Foundation
- Overcoming Cystic Fibrosis
Around Lucio, it's the association that does good, its goal is to advance research on dystonia, a disease that affects more than 45,000 people in France !
Luc, its creator, a vibrant individual with a special something, takes on several challenges to raise funds. His latest challenge, brilliantly accomplished: a duathlon around France. These initiatives have been led and supported by Marketing Création since Luc's time as an intern at their offices in 2022/2023.

Léa association
Since 2012, the Léa association has been supporting families of sick and/or disabled children.
Léa informs families, provides them with moral support and helps them with their various administrative procedures.
The association works closely with healthcare professionals and hospitals to improve the quality of care for families during difficult times.

Cancer Cured Association
Created in 2014 by Eric Schneider, the association Cured of Cancer helps to advance cancer research by donating the contributions they collect to the Gustave Roissy cancer center in Villejuif, the hospital where Eric was treated, monitored and cured of cancer.
The contributions also serve to improve the hospital reception conditions for children at La Timone in Marseille.

The Pink Blouses Association
Since 1944, Les Blouses Roses have been entertaining, comforting, listening, and bringing joy to the daily lives of those experiencing care and loneliness.
For over 70 years, 5,400 volunteers have dedicated themselves to helping children and the elderly. The association's goal is to promote healing through activities and joy.

Ronald McDonald Foundation
Founded in 1994, the Ronald McDonald House Charities takes care of families.
It supports them by building and running Parents' Houses near hospitals in France. There are 9 Houses: Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg, Toulouse, Villejuif and 1 branch located in Arras.
These are true welcoming spaces to allow hospitalized children to remain surrounded by their families, especially their parents.

Association to Fight Cystic Fibrosis
Parents, young patients and caregivers came together in 1965 to create the association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose (Defeat Cystic Fibrosis).
Since then, the association has supported patients and their families in their daily lives, which are disrupted by cystic fibrosis. It is organized around four main missions: Curing, Caring, Improving quality of life, and Raising awareness.
