Here is our super CSR team: Sandy, Margot, Anaïs, Sandra, Emilie, Frédéric, and Timothy, with commercial, creative, accounting and marketing profiles.
Their mission: Create a positive impact on our customers, our suppliers, our employees, families, children and all our partners.

Create innovative, educational, caring and easy-to-access games.
We systematically advise our customers towards an offer of reasoned products . An “ecological” alternative is systematically offered on our commercial proposals. Our customers have the possibility to choose according to the extent possible and the allocated budget: the origin of manufacture/material of the product from a perspective of environmental responsibility .
Our approach also includes the creation of innovative and educational games , supported by criteria selected by our internal committee. A commitment to promote responsible practices, to promote eco-design, and to ensure product safety. 36 games were created by employees during the Crea Académie!
Support our suppliers by offering products in short circuits.
We affirm our commitment to local suppliers by promoting short circuits, with a goal of increasing our French and European partnerships by 20% by 2025 .
We work with 10% of suppliers located in France .

Encourage strong solidarity actions.
Since our beginnings, we have created great partnerships with associations that are close to our hearts: Ronald McDonald Foundation, Association Léa, Les Blouses Roses, Action contre la Faim, etc.
Actions through skills/probono sponsorships have also been going on for several years, for example with the IUT Aix Marseille through interventions by the President, Frédéric Martz, to raise awareness among young people about business creation. And in 2023, there will be 1,200,000 products assembled by social inclusion groups.
Figures: in 2023, 1,200,000 products were assembled by social inclusion groups. The equivalent of €37,000 worth of merchandise was offered to the associations.

We invest in social integration by promoting the hiring of apprentices. For professional achievement, we emphasize skills development, creativity, and offer career plans. All employees participate in the creation of eco-designed games.

Around Lucio, it is the association that does good, its goal is to advance research on dystonia, a disease which affects more than 45,000 people in France !
Luc, its creator, a bubbly person with a little something extra, sets himself several challenges to collect donations. His last challenge succeeded brilliantly: the Tour de France in duathlon. Actions carried out and supported by Marketing Création since Luc's stint as a work-study worker in its premises in 2022/2023.
Léa association
Since 2012, the Léa association has supported families of sick and/or disabled children.
Léa informs families, provides them with moral support and helps them with their various administrative procedures.
The association works in close collaboration with health professionals and hospitals to improve the quality of care for families during their difficult times.
Cured of Cancer Association
Created in 2014 by Eric Schneider, the Guéri d'un cancer association contributes to advancing cancer research , by donating the contributions they collect to the Gustave Roissy cancer center in Villejuif, the hospital where Eric was treated, followed and cured of cancer.
The contributions are also used to improve the hospital reception conditions for children from the Timone de Marseille.
Association Les Blouses Roses
Since 1944, Les Blouses Roses have entertained, comforted, listened, and brought joy to the daily lives of care and solitude.
There are 5,400 volunteers who have been working with children and the elderly for over 70 years. The objective of this association: to promote healing through animation and joy.
Ronald McDonald’s Foundation
Created in 1994, the Ronald McDonald Foundation takes care of families.
She supports them by building and operating Parents' Homes near hospitals in France. There are 9 Houses: Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg, Toulouse, Villejuif and 1 bracket located in Arras.
These are real reception places to allow hospitalized children to remain surrounded by their family and in particular their parents.
Association Overcoming Cystic Fibrosis
Parents, young patients and caregivers came together in 1965 to create the Vaincre la Mucoviscidose association.
Since then, the association has supported patients and their families in their daily lives disrupted by Cystic Fibrosis. It is organized around 4 main missions: Heal, Care, Live better and Raise awareness.
